Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the USPS has been experiencing delayed shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date as delays may occur that are out of our control. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Afghanistan, American Samoa, Angola, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Costa Rica, Cuba, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guinea, Guyana, Laos People's Democratic Republic, Liberia, Libya, Malawi, Martinique, Mayotte, Mongolia, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Reunion (Bourbon), Rwanda, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sierra Leone, Sint Maarten, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Turkmenistan, Uganda, Uruguay, Western Samoa (Samoa), Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Volleyballa LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please allow additional time for International orders to arrive due to customs processing delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as an order ships. Please allow 48 hours for the latest tracking information to become available.
Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing, and you will receive tracking information for each part of your order. Please monitor any tracking numbers you receive. If tracking number statuses are not updating, reach out to the corresponding shipping carrier first. We have no control over status updates for tracking numbers - it is the sole responsibility of the postal worker to scan the package(s) tracking number upon arrival at facilities.
Please note we can never guarantee delivery by a certain date.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@volleyballa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you, but we do recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier first (USPS, UPS). They will have the most accurate information regarding your package.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Please read our full refund policy here. Refund inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis. We try our best to work with all customers to ensure a reasonable outcome and satisfaction for both parties. Our ultimate goal is to keep our customers happy! We believe when we treat our customers with respect, fairness and professionalism, they will mirror this behavior to us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All requests outside of the 30-day window will not be eligible for a return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@volleyballa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please read our full refund policy here.

What if I ordered the wrong item by mistake (color, size, etc.)?
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify all order information during the Checkout process and before placing an order. Order details are also outlined in all order confirmation emails and shipping notifications sent to the customer for review.
If the customer has ordered an item by mistake and the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, but not yet delivered, we ask that the customer refuse the shipment.
If the customer has ordered an item by mistake and the order has been fulfilled and delivered, we ask that the customer does not open the package. Please Return to Sender or ship the package back to us in Austin, TX as soon as possible (please email support@volleyballa.com for the address).
If the customer has ordered an item by mistake and does not realize the order error until after opening the package, we ask that the customer does not use or wear any incorrect item. It is important that the customer keep all incorrectly ordered items untouched, unused, and in its original packaging. It should be sent back in its original condition.
The sooner we receive any incorrectly ordered item(s), the quicker we can begin a refund or exchange process, depending on the situation. All incorrect orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. As a small business, we would greatly appreciate if you could always try your best to return any incorrect item to us. If applicable, we will do our best to re-send the correct item (exchange). We will always try our best to work with the customer towards a happy solution for both parties.
