Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by either clicking the cart icon in the top right corner or, if the cart side drawer is already open, click "CHECK OUT" at the bottom. Follow the instructions to provide us with the correct delivery information followed by your preferred payment method. We will ship your package within 4-7 business days of receiving the order.

How do I check my order status?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 4-7 *business days* to be fulfilled. This time may be longer during pear peak holiday seasons such as Christmas and Easter. All packages are shipped through USPS.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email after placing an order, please email support@volleyballa.com to verify your email address.
Where can I find my order number?
If you created a Volleyballa account during Checkout: simply log in and select “My Orders'' in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you'll find your order number!
If you don't have a Volleyballa account/checked out as a Guest: We recommend creating a Volleyballa account using the same email address used to place your order. You'll be able to keep track of all orders and their status in your account. If you don't wish to create an account with us, please check your email inbox for an order confirmation email which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Don't forget to check your spam folder too, just in case!
Where is my tracking number? How can I track my order once it's shipped?
If you created a Volleyballa account during Checkout: simply log in and select “My Orders'' to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it until it arrives. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the USPS system, the tracking number can be used to see shipping information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it should be updated the next available business day. Please keep in mind that the USPS does not always scan all shipping labels at facilities every step of the way. Therefore, there may be some interruptions on the tracking status page.
If you don't have a Volleyballa account/checked out as a Guest: We recommend creating a Volleyballa account using the same email address used to place your order. You'll be able to keep track of all orders and their status in your account. If you don't wish to create an account with us, please check the email inbox you used to place your order with us for a tracking number, which is automatically sent as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship. Don't forget to check your spam folder too, just in case!
Can I update my order after it's been placed?
We ask that you please request order updates as soon as possible. We will try our absolute best to accommodate any order updates if requested in a timely manner. Please note that we may not be able to update your order if it is already in fulfillment, is prepared or ready for shipment, or has already shipped.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled please contact us at support@volleyballa.com with your order number and details on the change.
Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a wide range of payment methods on our shop! For credit cards we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Metapay, and PayPal.
We do not accept checks or money orders.
What sales tax is applied, if any?
All Texas orders are charged a sales tax, as Volleyballa LLC is based in Texas. Any assessed duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I cancel my order?
Because our team works very hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact support@volleyballa.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you!
Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.
Can I refuse my shipment?
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Volleyballa LLC. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at support@volleyballa.com before your order is shipped. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Shipping
How is my package shipped?
USA orders are shipped via USPS. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS. Typical delivery times are 2-8 business days for USA addresses and 10-12 business days for Canadian addresses.
Please note: unfortunately all shipping carriers are experiencing delays worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We make no guarantee of delivery times since local post can differ and customs can delay our packages without warning. The USPS and/or Canada Post is responsible for the final delivery.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $100 USD qualify for FREE shipping in North America!
Orders over $100 USD outside of North America will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The full shipping price will always be displayed at checkout.
Orders under $100 USD will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method, location and order weight. The full shipping price will always be displayed at checkout.
Due to global supply chain issues, labor shortages, and the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.
Any assessed duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
What is your return window?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All requests outside of the 30-day window will not be eligible for a return.
Refund inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis. We try our best to work with all customers to ensure a reasonable outcome and satisfaction for both parties. Our ultimate goal is to keep our customers happy! We believe when we treat our customers with respect, fairness and professionalism, they will mirror this behavior to us.
What is considered an eligible return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and the return request must be made within 30 days from when the order was received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as snacks or drinks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as skin, beauty and sweat products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Delivered Packages: If your package shows delivered, we are not responsible to replace it. We rely on our customers to be able to safely receive their packages.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
HAIR ACCESSORIES: Due to hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns on any hair accessories if packaging is opened or tarnished AT ALL. This includes, but is not limited to, headbands, ribbons, scrunchies, hair ties, clips, bobby pins, and pins. But if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@volleyballa.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We're always happy to help!
'SWEAT' ACCESSORIES: Due to hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns on 'sweat' related accessories if packaging is opened or tarnished AT ALL. This includes, but is not limited to, sweat towels and sweat wristbands. But if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@volleyballa.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We're always happy to help!
What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item (size, color, etc.) by mistake?
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify all order information during the Checkout process and before placing an order. Order details are also outlined in all order confirmation emails and shipping notifications sent to the customer for review.
If the customer has ordered an item by mistake and the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, but not yet delivered, we ask that the customer refuse the shipment.
If the customer has ordered an item by mistake and the order has been fulfilled and delivered, we ask that the customer not open the package. Please Return to Sender or ship the package back to us in Austin, TX as soon as possible (please email support@volleyballa.com for the address).
If the customer has ordered an item by mistake and does not realize the order error until after opening the package, we ask that the customer not use or wear any incorrect item. It is important that the customer keep all incorrectly ordered items untouched, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please send the incorrect item(s) back to us in Austin, TX as soon as possible (please email support@volleyballa.com for the address). All incorrect items must be sent back in their original condition.
The sooner we receive any incorrectly ordered item(s), the quicker we can begin a refund or exchange process, depending on the situation. All incorrect orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. As a small business, we would greatly appreciate it if you could always try your best to return any incorrect item to us. If applicable, we will do our best to resend the correct item (exchange). We will always try our best to work with the customer towards a happy solution for both parties.

What happens if my return request is accepted?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: USPS typically allows only 5-7 business days to return a package from when the return label was created. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to send the return package back to us with the provided return label on time. If the customer fails to send the package back within the return label window, the return request may be canceled altogether by us or the customer will be responsible to pay for the second (and final) return label opportunity.

At this time, we are just focused on growing our online business. However, you can shop in-person at any of our fun pop-ups at various volleyball tournaments across the country!

We do our due diligence to ensure that every product selection is of the highest quality, durable, and enjoyable! 🏐 Our monthly themes are carefully and professionally designed to inspire players, coaches, and volleyball enthusiasts throughout the entire year.
How and when am I billed?
Monthly plan: when you first sign up you will be billed immediately. You will then be charged on the 1st of the month thereafter. Cancel at any time.
Bi-Monthly plan: when you first sign up you will be billed immediately. You will then be charged on the 1st of every other month thereafter. Cancel at any time.
Do you have a Boys Volleyballa Box?
At this time, we only offer a Girls Volleyballa Box. However, check out our Guys volleyball products here!
Do you ship Volleyballa Boxes internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States (including U.S. military addresses) and Canada. Any assessed duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping is something we're working towards in the future!
What's the difference between a one-time gift box and subscription?
One-time gift boxes do not renew. Regular subscriptions renew automatically.

How do I log in to my Volleyballa Box account?
If you're already a Volleyballa Box subscriber, you may log in to your account here.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can change your address in your account login. Once logged in, click the edit button under the SHIPPING ADDRESS section and change your current address. All address changes must be made by the 14th of the month to ensure delivery of that month's box. After changing your address, please double-check in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS section on the left side of the login page that your address is correct. If you have any questions or need assistance changing your address please contact our customer service at support@volleyballa.com
How do I update my credit card info?
You can update your credit card information in your account login at any time. Once logged in, edit the info under the CREDIT CARD section.
What if my Volleyballa Box shows delivered, but I can't find it?
We rely on our customers to be able to safely receive their monthly boxes. We are not responsible for replacing boxes that show as delivered. We appreciate your understanding.
What if my Volleyballa Box or any of its contents arrive damaged?
Please read our Refund Policy here on how to get in touch with us about damaged goods. Note: refunds will not be issued if pictures cannot be provided.

If you've accidentally indicated the wrong t-shirt size for your Volleyballa Box subscription, please email support@volleyballa.com as soon as possible. We will try our absolute best to swap out the incorrect t-shirt size before the order is fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled and delivered, we will ask you to return the incorrect t-shirt unused, unworn, and in its original packaging/wrapping. You may Return to Sender or simply ship the t-shirt back to us in Austin, TX (please email support@volleyballa.com for the address). The sooner we receive any incorrectly ordered item(s), the quicker we can begin the refund or exchange process, depending on the situation.
After the above steps are carried out, we will then send you the corrected t-shirt size. We will also verify that your Volleyballa Box subscription is updated to the correct t-shirt size. Please note: if you are unable to return the incorrect t-shirt size, we may not be able to send you a replacement.
All incorrect orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will always try our best to work with the customer towards a happy solution for both parties.

Why was my subscription automatically renewed?
Volleyballa Box is a subscription service that automatically renews every cycle. We want to make sure our members don't miss a single Volleyballa Box! We try to make this apparent on the site when you order, but sometimes it gets missed. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please email support@volleyballa.com if you need help adjusting your subscription. We're always happy to help 😄
What is the cancellation policy for a Volleyballa Box subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account login. Once logged in, click the edit button in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS field and select the option to cancel (bottom left of the page). If you're just wanting to skip one box cycle or certain months you can easily do this in your customer profile. You'll still maintain your subscription, but can make adjustments based on your personal needs. Simply click the edit button in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS field and select the button to "Skip next renewal". Cancellation requests via email or through our support system will be processed during normal business hours; thus, we strongly recommend managing your subscription through your account to avoid any unwanted renewals.
What is the refund policy for Volleyballa Box subscriptions?

Because we purchase volleyball products based on paid subscribers we cannot give refunds unless your box or its contents are damaged. You can, of course, cancel your subscription whenever you'd like. If you cancel after the 15th of the month (the "Cut-Off", "Cut-Off Date", "Billing Period") as a first time subscriber you will receive one more Volleyballa box and none after that. If you cancel after the 1st of the month (the "Auto-Renewal Date" or "Auto-Billing Date") and it's not your first month as a subscriber you will receive one more Volleyballa box and none after that. If you pay for a subscription and then decide to cancel before you've received your first shipment, you will still receive the bi-monthly box you paid for, but no box will be shipped after that. If you're requesting a refund for a 6 month prepaid subscription plan you will receive a prorated refund minus boxes received at full price. Since we are subscription-based and centered around providing a surprise assortment of products every other month, we cannot always please everyone. Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for disliking a box's content.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
