What is Volleyballa?

Volleyballa is a bi-monthly subscription box of the best volleyball goodies, gifts and apparel. As a subscriber, you’ll receive a surprise assortment of volleyball products, such as wearables, accessories, stickers, and a motivational insert for the season every two months.

How do I sign up?

What comes in a Volleyballa box?

Every Volleyballa box includes a surprise assortment of volleyball goodies, such as wearables, accessories, stickers, and a motivational insert for the season delivered every two months.

  • Goodies: unique volleyball products proudly sourced from US-based companies and curated for every box. We do our due diligence to ensure that every selection is of the highest quality, durable and fun!
  • Wearables/accessories: dope volleyball apparel such as t-shirts, hoodies, socks, tote bags in addition to jewelry and keychains.
  • Stickers and inserts: carefully designed to inspire players throughout the season and look so good you'll want to show them off everywhere!

What payment options do I have?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We do not accept checks or money orders. We are currently working on implementing PayPal, but it is not yet available. If you choose a bi-monthly subscription you will be billed initially on the day you sign up, and then on the first every two months until you decide to cancel. If you choose a 6 month subscription you will be charged the full amount up-front. After the 6 month segment, you will be charged again respectively, until you'd like to cancel.

How much is a Volleyballa subscription?

All Volleyballa boxes start at $54 every two months, depending on your payment plan. Our most popular deal is the 6 month payment plan. Why? When you purchase 6 months (3 boxes) up-front it allows us to strategically partner with amazing vendors in advance and gives us room to curate the best products for your box. Plus, you save money (10%)!

What's the difference between a Girls Club Vollyeballa Box and a Boys Club Volleyballa Box?

The main difference is curation of products and styling/sizing of apparel. For example, Boys Club Volleyballa Boxes will tend to have shirts with a straight-cut. All boxes include a surprise assortment of volleyball goodies, such as wearable, accessories, stickers, and a motivational insert for the season delivered every two months.

What's the difference between a gift and regular subscription?

Gift subscriptions do not renew. Regular subscriptions renew automatically.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States (including U.S. military addresses) and Canada. Any assessed duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping is something we're working towards in the future!

How are Volleyballa boxes shipped?

USA subscriptions are shipped via USPS. Canadian subscriptions are shipped via Canada Post or USPS. Typical delivery times are 2-8 business days for USA addresses and 10-12 business days for Canadian addresses. We make no guarantee of delivery times since local post can differ and customs can delay our packages without warning. The USPS and/or Canada Post is responsible for the final delivery.

Your Account and Subscription

How do I change my address?

You can change your address in your account login. Once logged in, click the edit button under the SHIPPING ADDRESS section and change your current address. All address changes must be made by the 14th of the month to ensure delivery of that month's box. After changing your address, please double-check in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS section on the left side of the login page that your address is correct. If you have any questions or need assistance changing your address please contact our customer service at support@volleyballa.com

How do I update my credit card info?

You can update your credit card information in your account login at any time. Once logged in, edit the info under the CREDIT CARD section.

What if my box shows delivered but I can't find it?

We rely on our customers to be able to safely receive their monthly boxes. We are not responsible for replacing boxes that show delivered. We appreciate your understanding.

What if my box or any of its contents arrive damaged?

Please email support@volleyballa.com with pictures of any damaged packaging or products. A refund will not be issued if pictures cannot be provided.

Why was my subscription renewed?

Volleyballa is a subscription service that automatically renews every cycle. We want to make sure our members don't miss a single Volleyballa Box! We try to make this apparent on the site when you order, but sometimes it gets missed. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please email support@volleyballa.com if you need help adjusting your subscription. We're always happy to help 😄

What's your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account login. Once logged in, click the edit button in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS field and select the option to cancel (bottom left of the page). If you're just wanting to skip one box cycle or certain months you can easily do this in your customer profile. You'll still maintain your subscription, but can make adjustments based on your personal needs. Simply click the edit button in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS field and select the button to "Skip next renewal". Cancellation requests via email or through our support system will be processed during normal business hours; thus, we strongly recommend managing your subscription through your account to avoid any unwanted renewals.

What's your Refund Policy?

Because we purchase volleyball products based on paid subscribers we cannot give refunds unless your box or its contents are damaged. You can, of course, cancel your subscription whenever you'd like. If you cancel after the 15th of the month (the "Cut-Off", "Cut-Off Date", "Billing Period") as a first time subscriber you will receive one more Volleyballa box and none after that. If you cancel after the 1st of the month (the "Auto-Renewal Date" or "Auto-Billing Date") and it's not your first month as a subscriber you will receive one more Volleyballa box and none after that. If you pay for a subscription and then decide to cancel before you've received your first shipment, you will still receive the bi-monthly box you paid for, but no box will be shipped after that. If you're requesting a refund for a 6 month pre-paid subscription plan you will receive a prorated refund minus boxes received at full price. Since we are subscription-based and centered around providing a surprise assortment of products every other month, we cannot always please everyone. Therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for disliking a box's content.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
